Postpartum Clothing that I love (that are not yoga pants)
How is it that dressing your postpartum body is more difficult that dressing your pregnancy? During my pregnancy, I could simply find clothes at the Target maternity session or the Old Navy Maternity section. My maternity pants stretched with my pregnant body and were so comfortable. After giving birth, I couldn’t wait to go back my closet to go back my “normal” clothes. I quickly came to the realization my body had changed after trying my all favorite pieces of clothing from my closet. I loved the my previous dressing style but now it only emphasizes undesirable parts of my body. I wear yoga pants everyday, they are practical, comfy and compress my postpartum stomach. My favorite yoga pants are from a brand called CRZ Yoga on Amazon.
However, your new mom closet needs to include a few pieces to wear out for dates, family outings or other special occasions. My key to finding clothing that makes me feel confident is looking for flowy, neutral colors and multi-functional dresses or outfits. The following outfits I can wear all-day after running around with my 5 month old daughter and they can be worn in various settings.

This dress is my absolute favorite right now. I recommend sizing down since this dress is very comfortable and gives a lot of extra room. You can easily dress this dress up or down (with sneakers, sandals or wedges). I love that this dress has pockets to hold my phone.

I love wearing this dress on hot summer days since the material so fresh and comfortable.
3.) Black Boho Dress (available in Amazon)
This is casual and the material is so comfortable. I usually wear this dress when I’m doing errands or around the house.
4.) Glamorous Ruffle Tiered Layed Chiffon Flowy Dress (available on Amazon)
I was so impressed by the material of this dress that I bought the version in black as well. This dress makes so effortless to looked dressed up for a special occasion such as date night or church. I love pairing this dress with platform pink wedges.
