Lilly’s Bedroom and Play Shelf (Links)
Lilly does not have a formal playroom at our house, so her room is a multi-purpose space. Her room houses her little board book library, her play shelf, her little piano, her music box, her potty training station, her desk/weaning table; her closet shelves house all the bins for her toy rotation, and her changing table.
Here are the links for everything in Lilly’s room. Most of the links are from Amazon.
Furniture
White Crib (I plan on removing the crib legs once Lilly turns one and making it a floor bed. This was a baby shower gift from my mom.)
Ikea Cube Shelf (Amazon and Target have similar cube shelves at more affordable prices).
White Wood Rocking Chair (This was a gift from my mom.)
Baby Changing Table Dresser for Infants, Nursery Dresser Chest with Drawers, Storage Changing Station, White (This was the best investment for my daughter’s room). We placed her hamper inside and organized her crib sheets in the last drawer).
Crib Sheets
Similar Pillow Handmade Embroidered Baby Pillow Her grandmother made the handmade embroiled pillow with Lilly’s name and ducks.
Decor
Ikea Frames (Front protection in plastic makes the frame safer to use. I have three Ikea frames on her wall on top of her dresser, and some frames sit on top of her play shelf to showcase a lesson plan printable.
Flower Wall decals (I used the mega pack, but we can create a different wall design).
Similar Hexagon Floating Shelves (These are similar to the selves I have in her room. This was a gift from Lilly’s aunt.)
The Weather Board is from Lovevery (We found the weather board on the Mercari website for $30).
The elephant locker is from Pottery Barn Kids, but we found it at Kid to Kid for $30 dollars.
Closet
Educational Posters (Usually placed inside the white Ikea frames)
Materials used on play shelf:
Toys
Lilly's piano is from Little Ivy Boutique and is often sold out. For this reason, I’m including some other toy shops with the same piano.
Color Discovery Boxes (I placed them in baskets instead of the box)
"What's inside?" Box (used by Ms. Rachel)
I hope these links are helpful. Some items are bought from Goodwill, Mercari, “Kid to Kid” or “Once Upon a Child”. Follow me on Instagram for more Montessori playroom or bedroom inspiration.
Wishing you joy in life,
